I’ve been to this location many times. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. NOTE TO OWNER: Please consider providing a few industrial fans for your mechanics. Working in such extreme heat can’t be healthy, and improving their working conditions would benefit both your employees and your customers. When they’re more comfortable, they can do their best work. Thank you for considering it. Also, please consider repairing the roof so the damaged ceiling tiles can be replaced. I imagine that would also help the indoor air conditioning work more efficiently. It was quite warm in the waiting area during my visit. I do appreciate the window shades, though—they’re a nice improvement, and I noticed the previous owner never installed them. Thank you for considering these suggestions.

I had such a great experience at this Midas in Towson! I had scheduled a routine oil change and early in the day of I got a flat tire which caused me to be over 2 hours late to my appointment here. I communicated this with them and they were still happy to take me when I could get there and even patched up my tire and put it back on! Super grateful for their help and the service they gave!

Vince did the oil change the right way by draining the pan. He was honest and easy to deal with start to finish. He took good care of my car. Quality work and good people. I’ll be back.

AVOID this location !! I went there yesterday morning to get my tire repaired, a dude came out said he could fix the leak with just 40$ paid in cash. 1hr later while driving, I noticed the tire still leaking, I went back and they said “Well nothing he can do about it, you might have to change the tire…” ABSOLUTELY A SCAM
